About Gremlins 2: The New Batch (1990)
Billy and Kate have moved to New York and work inside Clamp Centre, a high-tech skyscraper run by the eccentric billionaire Daniel Clamp. When Gizmo is captured by the building's genetics lab and accidentally gets wet, a brand-new batch of mogwai pops out, and they're far less sweet than he is. Lenny, George, Daffy and Mohawk each have their own personality, and once they eat after midnight the whole tower becomes a playground for gremlins. Remember the rules: no bright light, no water, and never feed them after midnight.
